Kate and William 'never shout' at their children - despite Louis' public 'tantrums'

Kate Middleton and Prince William are parents to three gorgeous children, and although they’re royalty, they still have their badly behaved moments. One of these was done very publicly by the youngest Prince Louis at his great-grandmother’s Platinum Jubilee, which became a meme around the world. And there’s one rule he definitely would have had to follow afterward.

The royal couple welcomed their eldest, Prince George in 2013. Princess Charlotte was then welcomed into the world in 2015, and Louis three years later. With three little ones, and their duties, Kate Middleton and Prince William have their hands full, but there’s one rule that makes parenting that bit easier.

Kate Middleton and Prince William have replaced the ‘naughty step’ with ‘chat sofa’

We know the naughty step all too well, but it looks like Kate and William’s children aren’t as familiar as we once were. Instead, they’ve ‘upgraded’ to a ‘chat sofa’.

It’s reported that Prince William and his wife never raise their voices at their kids, and instead sit them down to chat, and explain the repercussions, a source told Fabulous.

“Shouting is absolutely ‘off limits’ for the children and any hint of shouting at each other is dealt with by removal,” the insider claimed before revealing Kate is ‘stricter’ than William.

Of course, the royal couple have a Nanny, who is said to “make all decisions in agreement with the duke and duchess.”

The source claims the team works “ferociously hard” on the children’s upbringing, but makes it “relaxed and happy” for them. All in all, they’re said to be “relaxed but firm,” which shows in the constant smiles on the children’s faces.

Although it may be hard to believe, it’s been more than ten years since we first saw Kate step out of the hospital with her firstborn in her arms.

The 10-year-old will soon be going off to secondary school, but it’s reported he may not be attending Eton College, unlike his father William, and uncle Prince Harry, who both attended the boarding school.

It’s been reported the parents are considering sending their eldest to the Princess of Wales’s former school, Marlborough College in Wiltshire.

The school costs around £47k ($59.8k) to attend and was also attended by Princess Eugenie, daughter of Prince Andrew. However, Eugenie and Kate did not attend at the same time, as they share a nine-year age difference.
