Ariana Grande has added another tattoo to her already huge collection, and this one has a very special meaning to the Wicked star.
The music star is starring in the upcoming Wicked movie, in which she plays Glinda. She reportedly split from her husband of two years, Dalton Gomez, and is now rumored to be dating Wicked co-star, Ethan Slater, who’s playing Boq.
Ariana Grande’s new tattoo ‘felt right’
In a recent interview with Allure, the 30-year-old was asked what tattoo she would get, and where, if she were to get a new one.
The Side to Side singer then told the publication that she only just recently got a new one, as she said:
“That’s hard because when they come to me, I just get them. This one I knew I wanted to get for a very long time. This is my most recent one.
“It’s Glinda from the original L. Frank Baum book. I waited forever to fill up this hand. And I thought, “I’m gonna wait for the right thing to come along,” and yeah, that felt very right,” she continued.
The publication states that the new inking is placed on the back of the star’s right hand.
The star recently parted ways with long-term manager Scooter Braun
The new tattoo isn’t the only change in Ariana’s life. Recently, it was reported by Billboard that she has parted ways with her long-term manager, Scooter Braun.
Disney Channel alum Demi Lavato has also decided to part ways with the manager, who has a huge roster of talent, ranging from Black Eyed Peas to David Guetta, and famously, Justin Bieber, who he spotted in 2008 on YouTube.
He then came one of the world’s biggest pop stars and has recently denied rumors that he has also decided to part ways with Braun.
Reps for all parties confirmed to Page Six that rumors claiming the two have parted ways are not true, although neither have addressed the report publically.
